Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but lacking a table made it inconvenient. The service was friendly, professional, and helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the city but had some drawbacks in terms of encountering vagrants and panhandlers. Dining options were limited, with a wish for more breakfast varieties. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were huge and great, with a separate adorable sitting area, a desk to work at, a cute armoire, and a giant comfy bed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and even had a bottle of champagne and candy waiting for us. They were quiet, providing a perfect retreat during our stay. The service was extremely helpful with all our needs, and the staff was very nice and accommodating throughout. The location was central and close to many public transportation options, making it convenient to explore.
